Payment Confirmation Once payment is successfully made through our payment gateway, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours. In certain cases, SMS or alternative digital confirmation methods may be used depending on the contact details provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their contact information is correct to receive timely confirmations.
Refund Policy Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment. The refund timeline may vary between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. We encourage customers to review the nature of services/products thoroughly before proceeding with payments. If applicable, further refund-related instructions will be displayed at the point of purchase.

Cancellation Policy Customers may request cancellation of services or orders within 24 hours of initial booking. Requests beyond this period may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. You bear the sole responsibility of ensuring that your email address on file with Company is accurate and current, and notice to you shall be deemed effective upon the sending by Company of an email to that address.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION - Must mention the process of how the customer will receive the payment confirmation (ex; by email or SMS or mail) and the time the payment confirmation will reach the customer .
SAMPLE: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
REFUND POLICY – must detail the refund policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.

CANCELLATION POLICY – The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.

For No Refund Policy and No Cancellation- this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
