As a Finance Operations Executive at Finanshels, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our finance department. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support to the broader finance team.

Responsibilities
Finanshels Finance Operations team delivers bookkeeping of unparalleled quality to a portfolio of customers across a range of industries operating globally. But bookkeeping at Finanshels doesn’t look like bookkeeping anywhere else! Imagine a world where we’ve automated away all the repetitive parts, letting you focus on the customer, quality, and new ideas for how to make our tools better and our processes more efficient.
- Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
- Conducting financial analysis and reporting
- Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Providing support to the broader finance team as needed
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and who possesses all of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
