We’re not just talking about a few tweaks. We’re talking about a complete overhaul and the launch of a brand-new way of managing your company finances and ensuring you remain compliant. We’ve spoken to so many founders, business owners and finance teams about how they manage their finances and they all want one thing – a simple, all-encompassing hub to manage their company’s finances. And now, we can’t wait to see how our refreshed platform will help you to better manage your company finances, ensure you remain compliant and provide you with AI-driven advice to support every decision you make.
Simple Financial Management on One Platform
Our new and improved Client Portal is a one page, easy to use, finance control centre. All of your important business financial information is at your fingertips, including: - All documents & reports - All due dates - All of your financial reports in one place, no need to log in and out of different accounting software packages and spreadsheets. You can also submit support requests and communicate with our staff from the Client Portal. We have designed the new Client Portal to save you time and improve your efficiency and management of your business finances.
AI-Driven Financial Advice
A couple of updates we’ve just rolled out on the new version of our site include the inclusion of an ‘AI’ section (which we’ve included the Financial terminology explained section to this section, as we believe this is quite pertinent to the uninitiated, as Financial terms and expressions can be quite alienating to those without some formal finance/accountancy training. The ‘AI’ section uses a bit of coding which is able to interpret a string of numbers and turn them in to something which is easy to comprehend.
Financial reports and performance metrics are published on the portal, enhanced with AI tips. Each tip summarises in brief the key performance indicators for your business, such as sales, possible bottlenecks and trends. The Cash Flow View allows you to keep an eye on your company's financial situation and the Spend Analysis shows where you are spending too much. The Product Analysis identifies your best selling products and the Operational Optimisation tips enable you to make quicker and more well-informed business and operational decisions without having to wade through the accounts.

Safe and Organized Document Management
We have updated the portal and have introduced a far more efficient Document Management System. We all have to store a multitude of documents in a safe place in order to be able to access them quickly when required. The new portal enables you to store all your legal, financial and compliance documents in one place.
We lose and can’t find documents and papers associated with many transactions and spend far too much time looking for them. Papers and documents should be filed in a logical way with relevant and meaningful labels. For example, if we have a contract with a client or supplier it would be readily available and easy to find if we logged it in the “Documents” section. Other types of documents and papers that we may also wish to log in this section could include financial reports and tax invoices.
Our VAT system will assist you in complying with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) laws and regulations. Keeping accurate records is a tax law requirement and good business practice. Our document management system will assist you in managing your documents in an efficient and effective manner and will ensure that you do not lose important information, and that you are always tax compliant.
Simple Compliance Management
Keeping track of numerous deadlines can be quite a task. And this burden is not made lighter by the fact that organisations are growing. Our Compliance Portal has just been updated to help you deal with this issue.
Use Xeroreminders to track key deadlines such as VAT returns, business licence renewals and document expiries. You can also create your own compliance dates as schedules and assign the relevant information for your business. You’ll receive a reminder from Xero for each deadline so you’ll always be prepared and avoid penalties.
This calendar is here to help you plan ahead and ensure you don’t miss a deadline. No more worrying about fines and penalties for late filing. Business can carry on as usual.
Better Communication and Support
Good communication is the key to a good working relationship. We have therefore introduced a new Support Ticket System via the new portal. You can send in a request to us at any time via the ticket system. This can be a technical question or an accounting question, etc. You can also add files, and we will keep you updated until the issue has been solved.
The Issue Tracking System is used to make all staff members accountable for their work, and to ensure that all activities and transactions are transparent. So you can always trace the status of a request. You can also trace the status of the ticket.
We’ve also recently added a referral option in the Client Portal. Your ability to refer colleagues or acquaintances, and to have us reach out to them, has not changed, but now you have the additional option of sending referrals to us via the Client Portal. If you think we might be able to be of assistance to someone else, please just let us know and send them our way.
A Gradual Release
It's a change and we are switching to a new platform, so we are rolling out a new Client Portal over the coming weeks. We will be rolling this out in stages, currently using feedback from our existing client base to make improvements before integrating other clients.
Don't worry about any of your data. We will bring all of it over to the new site and it should be a very seamless transition. We will be able to use the first full release to the public as a great learning experience before bringing the new site to the rest of our customers.
